This process is essential to protect both you and our platform from fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. All payment methods used must be registered in the name of the account holder. If we identify that a payment method does not belong to the registered user, this will be treated as a breach of our terms. In such cases, all bets placed on the account will be voided, and only the original deposits will be returned to the payment method used. 20. Customers are not permitted to use a payment method that is not registered in the same name as the Priced Up account holder. This includes but is not limited to payment methods owned by: Spouses (the use of joint accounts must be using the payment card given to the account holder); Family members; Friends; or Any other third party. Breaches of these terms may result in the permanent closure of the account and any related accounts. Where a breach occurs, PricedUp may void any bets placed with funds deposited via the third party payment method and return deposits to the original payment method. If necessary, PricedUp may take other action in accordance with applicable regulation, laws and these terms and may be required to withhold any funds. 21. To verify your account, we may require two forms of identification. First, proof of payment method, which includes a debit card statement showing your card number, name, and address. For virtual cards, we require an online statement along with a utility bill. Second, proof of identity, which must be either a copy of your driving licence or passport. These documents should be sent to [email protected]. 22. Account holders are responsible for all bets placed where the correct password has been used. You must not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately to update your password. 23. It is your responsibility to ensure that your debit card issuer allows gambling transactions. PricedUp is not responsible for any restrictions or actions taken by your card provider. 24. (c) PricedUp determines that you have breached its terms, engaged in bonus abuse, used inside information, colluded, or otherwise acted in a manner that compromises the integrity of betting markets. (d) PricedUp has reason to believe your account is being used by or for the benefit of a third party. (e) A regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court directs or requests PricedUp to take such action. (f) You have self-excluded or are subject to responsible gambling measures that prevent account access.
C) Your Finances 28. You may only place bets or wagers using the cleared funds available in your account. To place bets or participate in gaming, you must first deposit funds into your account. Further details on how to deposit, withdraw, and transfer funds can be found in the "My Account" section of the website. 29. By depositing funds into your PricedUp account, you authorise us to hold those funds, along with any winnings, solely for the purpose of placing bets or gaming stakes and for settling any applicable fees or charges. If we reasonably believe that you are depositing funds without the intention of placing bets or gaming stakes, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account and may report such activity to the relevant authorities. 30. PricedUp does not charge additional fees for deposits made via your payment card. However, some debit card providers may classify deposits to PricedUp as cash withdrawals and apply charges accordingly, as per their own terms and conditions. PricedUp accepts no responsibility for any such charges you may incur. 31. To ensure the security of customer financial details and to prevent fraud, we may request personal identification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly if funds were deposited using a payment card. 32. If you have not placed a bet using your account for a continuous period of 365 days, or if your account has remained frozen for the same period, it will be deemed dormant. If your account holds a positive balance at that time, we will attempt to return the funds to your last known registered payment method. If this is unsuccessful, we will make all reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact details provided on your account to determine how you would like the funds returned. No fees will be charged for maintaining a dormant account, and funds will not be removed. Your balance will remain in your account and available for withdrawal upon successful verification of your identity, where required. 33. In compliance with our licensing requirements, we inform customers about how we handle funds held in their accounts and the level of protection in the event of our insolvency. Full details can be found at: Gambling Commission - Protection of Customer Funds. PricedUp holds customer funds separately from company funds in a combination of bank accounts, investment accounts, and reserve funds with our payment processors. However, these funds are not protected in the event of insolvency. This meets the Gambling Commission’s classification of customer fund segregation at the level of not Protected. 34. Where possible, all withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of and to the registered account holder. 35. Withdrawals can typically be requested via the "Withdraw" section of "My Account," provided there are sufficient funds available. While there is no fixed daily withdrawal limit, requests exceeding £10,000 (or the equivalent in another currency) may require additional processing arrangements. 36. If PricedUp incurs chargebacks, payment reversals, or other fees related to your account activity, we reserve the right to recover these costs by charging your account accordingly. 37. It is your sole responsibility to report any winnings and losses to the tax or other relevant authorities in your jurisdiction. 38. Once you have selected a currency for your account, all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals will be processed in that currency. If you wish to change your account currency, please contact Customer Support. 39. If you request a withdrawal without fully wagering the deposited funds, PricedUp reserves the right to deduct a fee from your account to cover reasonable costs associated with both the deposit and withdrawal. If necessary, the withdrawal amount may be reduced accordingly.
D) Your Bets 40. All bets placed with PricedUp will be settled in accordance with our Betting Rules. 41. PricedUp reserves the right to refuse all or part of any bet or wager where there are reasonable grounds to do so, such as to prevent fraud, protect integrity, or manage market liabilities. All bets and wagers are placed at your own risk and discretion. 42. We only accept bets and wagers placed online, including via mobile devices or downloadable mobile applications. Bets placed by any other means, such as telephone, post, email, or fax, are invalid and will be void, regardless of the outcome. 43. Bets and wagers will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account. 44. A bet or wager is only valid once it has been accepted by the PricedUp servers. Each valid bet or wager will be assigned a unique transaction code. We are not liable for the settlement of any bets or wagers that do not receive a unique transaction code. If you are uncertain about the validity of a bet or wager, please check your account history or contact us. 45. PricedUp reserves the right to adjust customer accounts to correct any incorrectly transferred funds or errors in bet settlement. 46. Bets placed in accordance with PricedUp’s rules may only be amended or cancelled by mutual agreement. However, if a bet is accepted in error after the result of the event is known or after PricedUp has stopped accepting bets on that event, the affected selections will be void. 47. PricedUp reserves the right to refuse all or part of any bet. Additionally, we reserve the right to close an account without explanation. However, in such cases, any bets already accepted and pending settlement will stand unless they were placed in contravention of our rules or fraudulently. 48. Accessing or placing bets with PricedUp may be illegal in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the laws applicable to betting in the location from which you place a bet. PricedUp accepts no liability for any consequences arising from the use of its services in jurisdictions where betting is prohibited. 49. It is a condition of our acceptance of bets that, by placing a bet, you represent that: (a) You are not prohibited from betting by any term of your employment contract or any rule of a relevant Sport Governing Body that applies to you. (b) You are not aware of any circumstances that would make placing the bet a breach of any betting rules imposed by a Sport Governing Body. (c) If the bet is placed on an event’s outcome, you do not know the result in advance. (d) If any of these representations prove false, your stake will be forfeited, and we will not be obliged to pay any winnings that might otherwise have been due. 50. Related contingency betting is not permitted. This refers to multiple bets that combine different selections from the same event where the outcome of one selection affects or is affected by another. For example, if Chelsea are even money to win against Manchester United and the odds of Chelsea winning 1-0 are 8-1, placing a double bet on Chelsea to win and the correct score being 1-0 would be unfairly advantageous. If such a bet is taken in error, it will be settled as two single bets with the stake divided equally. 51. In cases of dead-heat finishes, the stake will be proportionally divided based on the number of winning selections and paid at full odds. 52. Outright betting markets (those available after the final draw or field confirmation) may be subject to deductions equivalent to Rule 4 (Deductions). Rule 4 deductions will be applied per the applicable table, except that a deduction of 5 pence will not be enforced. Deductions apply to any withdrawals of participants with odds of 9/1 or shorter. Any deductions will apply to the total payout value on bets placed before the withdrawal and subsequent market adjustments by PricedUp. 52. PricedUp is not liable for obvious or manifest errors. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where incorrect odds, handicaps, totals, or cash-out values are displayed, or where bets are mistakenly accepted on closed or suspended markets. We reserve the right to correct any such errors in bet placement or settlement. Where a bet has been placed at an incorrect price prior to an event starting, it will be settled at the correct price as determined by PricedUp at the time the bet was placed. If the correct price is lower than 1/1000, the bet will be void. Where time permits before the event begins, we will make reasonable efforts to cntact the customer and may offer the option to cancel the bet. If an incorrect participant (e.g., player or team) is listed in a fixture, all affected bets will be voided to ensure fairness. 53. If a pre-event bet is mistakenly accepted after an event has started, it will be settled as follows: If the event and market are available in-play, the bet will stand at the revised price at the time it was placed. If the revised price is lower than 1/1000, the bet will be void. However, if the outcome is already known at the time of placement, the bet will be void. If the event or market is not available in-play, the bet will stand provided that the selected team or participant has not gained a material advantage (e.g., scored a goal, received a sending-off). If a material advantage has been gained, PricedUp reserves the right to void the bet, regardless of the outcome. Any bets placed when the result is already known, including in-play bets, will be void.
E) Use Of Website 55. Please read our Terms & Conditions, our Betting Rules, and our Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not accept any part of them, you should not use the website. 56. By playing any game, placing a bet, or wagering via the website, you accept and agree to be bound by the rules that apply to the relevant products available on the website. These rules can be found under the "Info" tab in the applicable section of the website. 57. You can view your current balance and transaction history at any time once you have logged into your account. 58. PricedUp actively monitors website traffic and reserves the right to restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of automated or robotic activity, including to protect the integrity and security of our services. 59. PricedUp reserves the right to restrict access to all or certain parts of the website for users in specific jurisdictions. 60. PricedUp may modify or amend the products available on the website at any time and for any reason. 61. From time to time, parts of or the entire website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates to our products and services. 62. Our website may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These links are provided for informational purposes only. We have no control over the content of these external sites or resources and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from your use of them, including any personal data they may collect from you. 63. The presence of a link on our website does not imply an endorsement of the linked website, its content, or the organisation behind it.
F) Our Liability 64. You shall indemnify and hold harmless PricedUp, its subsidiaries, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. In the event of such a breach, your winnings may be forfeited, and PricedUp may retain any positive balance on your account pending investigation and/or the conclusion of legal proceedings. 65. While PricedUp makes every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the information provided online. If incorrect odds are quoted, bets will be settled at the correct price. In such cases, PricedUp will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email before the race or event to offer the option of voiding the bet. If no response is received, the bet will stand at the correct odds. 66. PricedUp shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of betting statistics, in-play data, or editorial content, whether supplied directly by us or via a third party.
G) Our Intellectual Property Rights 67. Ownership of any intellectual property rights on the website, including but not limited to software, images, and text (the “IPR Rights”), remains with either PricedUp or its licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. You shall not copy, redistribute, publish, reproduce, transmit, display, commercially exploit, tamper with, or create derivative works of any of the IPR Rights, in whole or in part. Additionally, you shall not interfere with, modify, or reverse engineer any software provided on the website.
H) Promotions & Wagering Requirements 68. Promotional offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly displayed. Free bet stakes will not be returned as part of any winnings. The maximum real cash benefit from free bets or concessions is £10,000 per day. 69. Promotional offers may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn where there are valid reasons, such as to correct errors, prevent abuse, or ensure the offer operates as intended. While prior notice may not always be possible, any changes will not affect customers who have already met the qualifying criteria. 70. All promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, email address, telephone number, payment account, mobile device, application download, or shared computer (e.g., public library or workplace). 71. If any term of an offer or promotion is breached, or if a pattern of bets or wagers placed by a customer or group of customers suggests an attempt to gain unfair advantage (e.g., using deposit bonuses, enhanced payments, free bets, or risk-free wagers to secure guaranteed profits), we may: Reclaim the bonus element of the offer. Settle bets at the correct odds. Void any free or risk-free bets. Void any bet or wager funded by a deposit bonus. 72. If a welcome bonus or promotional reward carries wagering requirements, it must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 73. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount received. Unless otherwise stated, our standard wagering requirement is 10x the value of the bonus winnings. 74. Wagering requirements apply only to winnings from free spins and do not apply to deposits made with real money. 75. Only casino slot games contribute towards fulfilling wagering requirements. 76. Bets placed on Live Casino, Virtual Sports, Bingo, or any product outside of casino slots do not contribute towards meeting wagering requirements. 77. Wagers on casino slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. For example, if you wager £10 on slots, £10 will be deducted from your wagering balance. 78. From time to time, we may offer promotions and bonuses to new and existing customers. Each promotion or offer will have its own specific terms and conditions. 79. If there is a conflict between the General Terms & Conditions and a promotion’s specific terms, the latter will take precedence. 80. All promotions and offers are limited to one per person. 81. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion or offer at any time. Wherever possible, we will provide prior notice, but promotions may be altered or withdrawn immediately if necessary.

M) Self Exclusion 123. If you wish to stop gambling for more than 30 days, you can choose to self-exclude. 124. You can select a self-exclusion period of: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, or 5 years. 125. This exclusion can be extended at any time. 126. Once self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed under any circumstances. 127. You will no longer be able to place bets or access the products you have excluded from. 128. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account. However, we also ask that you refrain from attempting to create a new account. 129. If we identify that you have opened a duplicate account with PricedUp to circumnavigate your self-exclusion (using alternative details to register and prevent a match in personal details), all bets placed on that account will be void and any deposits made will be forfeited and donated to a registered gambling charity. 130. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to you. 131. If your remaining balance is less than £1, it will be donated to a registered gambling charity. 132. All marketing communications will be stopped within 48 hours of self-exclusion being applied. 133. Following the expiry of any self-exclusion period, the customer must contact our Player Safety Team by email at [email protected], where our team will arrange a telephone call. Prior to this, a 24-hour cooling-off period will be applied before account reactivation, during which time access to the account and gambling services will remain restricted. This interaction is a mandatory part of the return process and is designed to: a) ensure the customer has fully considered their decision to resume gambling and is aware of the implications; and b) explain and implement the 24-hour cooling-off period. 134. Account access will only be reinstated once this telephone call has taken place and the cooling-off period has elapsed. We reserve the right to extend the self-exclusion or take further protective measures if we have concerns about the customer's wellbeing or suitability to resume gambling. 135. By choosing to self-exclude, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
N) Maximum Payouts 136. Please be aware that while our system may allow you to place bets that could, in theory, result in a return higher than the maximum payout limits stated, these limits will still apply. PricedUp will not void such bets, but any winnings will be capped at the relevant maximum payout amount. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the maximum payout limits that apply to the sports or events you are betting on. 137. Where a multiple bet has been placed involving events with different payout limits, the lowest limit will apply. 138. Where bets have been placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in one day's betting is determined by the day on which the final event on each bet is resolved, rather than the day on which each individual bet is placed. A day is defined as 00:00-23:59 CET (Central European Time). 139. The maximum any customer can win across all sports per day is £500,000. This applies even if the combined maximum payouts for the individual sports exceed £100,000. 140. Customers will be reminded of the applicable maximum payout limits at key points in the customer journey, including: At the time of bet placement via the bet slip; Within promotional materials where potential returns are referenced; and In the relevant section of our terms and conditions. 141. These reminders are in place to ensure transparency and to help customers make informed decisions before placing a bet. It remains the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the maximum payout limits in force. 142. The maximum payouts to one customer on any one day per sport are as follows: Horse Racing UK & International UK/Ireland & Breeders Cup: £100,000 - Singles and multiples inc. Any group of customers who have placed the same combination of selections and are believed to be acting as a syndicate will be treated as one customer for the purposes of these limits. Casino Maximum Win Limits in relation to Casino, Live Casino, Bingo, or Virtual Sports: Other than progressive jackpot slots, selected live table games, or specifically advertised games/promotions, the maximum winnings for any single wager or gameplay transaction shall not exceed £100,000 (or equivalent in your chosen currency). These maximum winnings limits apply to all casino services, regardless of stake size.
O) RTP & Volatility 143. The Return to Player Percentage (RTP) is displayed in the game rules or information section of each game. This represents the long-term expected payout percentage of the slot game. RTP values generally range between 94-96%, though some slots may fall outside this range. PricedUp is licensed and regulated by the UKGC and works closely with game manufacturers, regularly conducting audits to ensure that offered games perform as advertised and in line with their theoretical RTP. 144. Slot volatility should also be considered: Low volatility slots provide smaller wins more frequently. High volatility slots offer larger potential wins but pay out less often. 145. If RTP is an important factor in your decision to play a game, it is recommended that you check the game rules each time before playing.
